This 3 bedroom Ground floor apartment is on Condado De Alhama, Polaris World Resort Spain and is located in Jardin 1.
The Apartment is tastefully furnished in a simple, but fashionable light oak wood combining both rustic and contemporary styles. The furniture has been carefully selected to give the rooms a totally unique feel.
For your comfort there are 4 Panasonic Air Conditioning units throughout the apartment which can be used in the summer months to cool you down or in the winter to blow away the chill of the night.
A bright, modern and comfortable living area furnished with a 3 seater leather settee, contrasting chair and matching stool,. For your added comfort and enjoyment the apartment also features the following equipment 19” LCD TV, DVD player, IPOD speaker system
After an enjoyable day out playing golf, going to the beach or just sunbathing by the pool you can return to the apartment and relax indoors or if you prefer to sit in the shade use the rear patio in the evening and the front patio if you still wish soak in the suns rays.
The kitchen area is open-plan on to the lounge and adds to the feeling of light and space. It is, as you would expect, fully equipped with quality cutlery and crockery as well as all of the cooking utensils you may need.
It also features a fridge, freezer, oven, hob, grill, extractor fan, kettle, toaster and microwave. Also if you require any laundry doing during your stay we have provided an Iron, Ironing board, washing machine and clothes airer. Plus to save precious holiday time instead of washing the dishes make use of the dish washer provided.
For safety there is a Fire blanket and Fire Extinguisher fitted in the Kitchen.
The master bedroom is tastefully furnished and features a comfortable double bed plus fitted double wardrobes and 2 bedside cabinets, with lamps, for all your storage.
A full length mirror and a leather chair is provided for your comfort From the bedroom sliding patio doors lead onto a large patio area, ideal for a relaxing breakfast as the sun rises.
Co-ordinating bed linen, towels and pool towels are provided for you during your stay.
A Smoke Alarm is fitted in the hall above the bedroom areas.
The second bedroom is just as luxurious with twin single beds; fitted double wardrobes and single bedside cabinet, with light, for all your storage. Co-ordinating bed linen, towels and pool towels are provided for you during your stay.
The third bedroom is a lovely room ideal for 1 or 2 people the unique and very comfortable kangaroo bed allows the room to be used for a single occupancy or with it’s special feature a second pull out bed can convert the room into a twin room. It has a fitted wardrobe, wall mounted mirror and single bedside cabinet, with lamp. Co-ordinating bed linen, towels and pool towels are provided for you during your stay.
A modern white bathroom which is attractively tiled throughout consists of a bath, shower, shower screen, wash basin, mirror, toilet, shaver point and bidet. Extra towel rails and corner shower units have been fitted for additional storage.
The dining suite is a fashionable light oak style solid wood extendable table which seats 6 people. There are 6 high back leather dining chairs to compliment the rustic feel of the apartment.
Front /Rear Patio
You can enjoy your meals on either the front or rear patios, you can eat in the shade or the sun depending on what time of day it is. The sun rises at the rear of the apartments and sets at the front. So there is somewhere to escape the heat of the sun depending on what you wish to do.
From the living Area the patio doors open up to lead you into the spacious patio area from here you can relax and enjoy a cool drink and watch the world go by. We now have a stone BBQ on the front patio
To the left is the pool area and to the right a small children’s play area can just be seen.
Access to the rear patio is through the Master bedroom ideal for meals in the afternoon away from the sun. From the rear patio there are spectacular, mountain views of the Sierra Espuna national park and surrounding golf course.
Both patios have a 6 seater dining table and chairs, with two additional sun loungers at the front.
The Apartment is a chip and a put away from the communal pool which is not only inviting in those summer months to cool you down but it’s also in a secure area, allowing children to play outside the swimming area in safety
Meet and Greet Service
Guests are met at the resort entrance by our Property Manager, Carol Miller there they will be shown to the apartment where an explanation of all the main facilities is given.
Freshly laundered bed linen and towels are provided. The apartment is professionally cleaned immediately before you arrive ensuring you enjoy a pleasurable stay.
The Town Centre (Al Kasar) of Condado de Alhama consists of a large Supermarket, Irish Pub (The Clover). A restaurant, Pizzerie, Asian restaurant , other outlets will be added throughout the coming months.
Communal Gardens, Several Playgrounds, many communal Pools, Tennis courts and basketball courts. The 1st golf course is now complete and open.
Mazarron Beach is a 15 min drive where there is a selection of bars and restaurants, Murcia City is a 30min drive, and Cartagena is a 30 min drive all well worth a vist. San Javier airport is a 40 min drive.
€50 for Apartment Preparation is payable to the Property Manager at time of arrival.
