The private balcony is furnished with table and comfortable chairs and sun loungers. There is also a built in BBQ area on the balcony. The balcony is not overlooked, very private and enjoys the sun all day. Pull down sunshade.

This apartment has access by lift or stairs and has private under cover parking which is a real benefit in the summer months when cars get so hot. There is a large roof top solarium with outstanding views in all directions.

Tasteful, modern furnishings throughout the apartment. The lounge has leather sofa and 2 armchairs. Dining area has table and seating for 4 people. Patio doors leading to the large private balcony.

The bedrooms each have 2 single beds, large fitted wardrobes, bedside cupboards, heaters and ceiling fans. Main bedroom has patio doors leading to the balcony.

Bathroom is fully tiled with bath and shower over, shower screen, shaver socket, plenty of lighting and extractor fan and heater. Large cupboard space for toiletries etc.

Kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, dishwasher, fridge freezer, oven & hob, kettle & toaster.

The fenced secure gated swimming pool which is situated directly next to the building has views of the golf course. There is a large shallow area for children. Childrens fenced play area a short walk away which has slide’s, climbing frames and various other play activities.

The towns of Murcia, Cartagena, Totana, Lorca, Alhama and Puerto de Mazarron are all within easy reach by car. Puerto de Mazarron has a spectacular marina with many restaurants and bars.

The beaches and bays are all very good, with bars, cafes, restaurants that suit all tastes and childrens play area’s. Most of the beaches have lifeguards on duty during the summer months.

With Sierra Espuna National Park, the beaches and many local traditional small villages around, this is an ideal place to stay for someone who wants to explore the real Spain whilst staying in a modern penthouse.

Fully stocked supermarket ‘Al Kasar’ within a few minutes walk from the apartment. Clover bar, Condado club, various other restaurants/bars and newly opened ice cream bar in a beautiful setting. Very lively during the summer months. Childrens activities during the summer and school holidays.

Fantastic gym available at reasonable rates. Tennis courts and football pitch all within easy access.

This apartment overlooks the 12th tee/fairway.

Linen (with the exception of beach towels) are all provided.

Light weight sun loungers available to take to the pool and beach.
