Booking Notes:

Changeover Day - Flexibility will be considered if possible.

A £150 reservation deposit is required to secure your booking.  The remaining balance to be paid 6 weeks before your arrival.  A damage deposit of £200 is required a week before your stay.  This will be refunded to you after your stay, one the keys have been returned and a satisfactory final inspection of the property has been carried out.  Cleaning costs of 60 euros are payable locally on arrival to the key holder.  Additional mid stay cleaning can be arranged at a further cost payable again to the key holder
