This is a beautiful 2 bedroom apartment on a second floor in La Torre Golf Resort.

It is nicely decorated, well laid out and overlooks the town centre at the front and beautiful landscaped gardens at the back.

It is in an ideal spot, just 2 minutes to shops, supermarket,clubhouse, and 5 star hotel. It is very central to everything. There is a very large balcony where you can enjoy your meals and chill out.

It is also very peaceful and quiet. There is a magnificant golf course designed by Jack Nicholas, and there are three lakes on the golf course. There are many communal pools in the area and some have jaccuzi also.

La Torre also has a large supermarket, health and beauty shop, chemist, golf shop and travel agent. For entertainment there is also a lovely italian resturant, Tapas bar and Clovers Irish bar with beautiful views over the golf course.

La Torre is just 15 km from Mar Menor. Here you will find beautiful beaches and safe bathing water, the water is quiet warm also. Mar Menor surrounds Los Alcizares, with its many shops and resturants. You can enjoy a lovely walk along the beachfront.

Everything is in place for you to have a really enjoyable holiday here.

Thanks for the great holiday I had in your apartment. It was just like you described it. Very central to everything. Very comfortable and very nicely decorated.Great to have the supermarket around the corner. Had some nice meals out. Enjoyed the lovely walks in the evening, in the beautiful sunshine.It was just the holiday I wanted, very relaxing and been able to have breakfast on the balcony and to chill out in the evening there was heavenly. The resort is kept so clean and well maintained. Looking forward to going back next year and to see the new hotel.

Had a great holiday in your apartment.very spacious and well laid out. We went for a golfing holiday and had a great time. The course was fabulous and we played 6 out of 7 days. Weather was fabulous. very central to everything and safe. We had some nice meals out at nightime, and some lovely relaxing evenings on your large balcony. I will be recommending it to my friends. Looking forward to staying in  your apartment again.

A booking deposit of €200 is required to secure the property for your required dates. The balance must be paid at least 6 weeks prior to travelling. If you need to cancel your booking, this will incur a loss of deposit and if cancellation is made with less than 6 weeks to go before the date of travel, the full amount will be retained, unless the apartment can be rebooked. If the booking is made with less than 6 weeks before the date of travel then the full amount must be paid on booking. Payments can be made by transfer in euros. On booking the apartment a deposit of €150 is required to cover damage.This will be refunded after leaving the apartment , if on inspection everything is ok - There is a payment of 70 euros to be paid on arrival for the cleaning of the apartment. There is also a safe which can be used for 1 euro per day.
