Welcome to our luxurious modern spacious house.

WE WILL HAVE YOUR SHOPPING READY FOR YOU WHEN YOU ARRIVE!

We are in a great convenient position within 5 minutes walk to the clubhouse, restaurants and the swimming pool which is just at the end of our road. The good priced supermarket is only a 5 minutes walk.

We have two bedrooms and two bathrooms  and a pull down leather sofa in the lounge area.We sleep up to 6 people.We also have a travel cot which is free to use but you must provide your own sheets.

We have furnished the house to the highest of standards with no expense spared. We have all the mod cons that you would expect such as a washing machine and dishwasher and microwave. We also have a hairdryer.

The lounge is spacious and does not comprise of a dining table and chairs like most places have making it cramped, we have a seperate enclosed dining area that seats 6 people. The glass doors in this dining area are bi folding giving you the choice to eat with them fully open or closed. 

The bedroom upstairs has a kingsize bed, and is en suite. From this room you can go straight onto the 2nd floor patio through the bedroom door and take in the glorious views of the countryside and the distant Murcian hills.

The downstairs bedroom is a twin room with 2 single beds.There is a bathroom just next door.

Outdoor furniture  is situated on the 2nd floor patio area. We also have an extra large parasol to shade you from the midday sun. There is a BBQ for you to use too. You can look at the peaceful views of the  groves in comfort and style.

The top solarium area has sunbeds. This area gives you views from the front and rear of the house. This area also has the sun all day. 

Good quality bed linen and towels are provided.

There is a deposit of £100 for breakages (only major not the odd cup etc)

There is always an end of clean fee of 70 euros.
