A superb, modern 2 bed, 2 bath detached villa on the 5 star La Torre golf resort with 7m x 3m private pool, terrace and large rooftop solarium. Sun loungers, BBQ's, tennis racquets, mountain bikes (2 adult, 2 child) and a set of golf clubs are provided for the use of guests. 1 king bedroom (ensuite shower room/wc), 1 twin room and a double sofa bed in the lounge. A full bathroom (bath and shower), kitchen, utility and lounge/dining area complete the accommodation. The dining area can seat 6 comfortably. All accommodation is at ground floor level. 32'' LCD TV with DVD player (DVD's provided) and digi box - TV channels in many languages. Books and games.

Towels, bed linen and tea cloths provided. Please provide your own swimming towels.

Cot and high chair provided. Please bring your own cot bedding. 

For safety, a pool safety fence surrounds the pool. This can be easily removed when not required.

Air conditioning in the lounge/dining area and in both bedrooms (it can get very hot in summer and a lot of accommodation does not have air con in the bedrooms). Central heating. Fully equipped kitchen - toaster, coffee machine, microwave, oven/hob, dishwasher - plenty of pots, pans, oven trays, crockery etc. We think we have provided everything anyone might need, including plenty of basic supplies - the type of things you normally have to dash out to the shop for.

There is a an additional 85 Euro changeover fee (cleaning and linens) payable in cash locally on arrival.  If the sofa bed is required an additional 15 Euro fee is payable for linens.

The villa is a 2 minute walk to the supermarket which is well stocked, at reasonable prices. We are only a 5 minute walk from the town centre (bars and restaurants) and the golf clubhouse. On site you will find many large communal swimming pools (nearest approx 3 minute walk), tennis courts and children's play areas. Beaches are within 20 minutes drive. Local excursions include sailing, canoeing, hiking, horse riding, rock climbing, boat trips, museums (e.g. Murcia city) - and the nearby cities of Murcia and Cartagena.
