Frontline Golf Luxury Townhouse, a three storey, two bedroom, two bathroom contemporary property. With two large terraces and roof solarium, all with stunning views of the golf course and lake, arguably one of the best views on the resort. Close to two large communal pools and tennis courts.
This is a spacious property that is furnished to a very high standard and extensively equipped for families and golfers alike. The property is fully air conditioned with central heating for the winter months.
Ground Floor
The spacious lounge/diner has a leather corner settee, comfortably seating four and an extending dining table with four chairs. There is a large flat screen TV, with English channels via satellite, and a DVD player. Patio doors open on to covered terrace with outside dining table and six chairs, overlooking the golf course.
The comprehensively equipped kitchen includes oven, hob, extractor, microwave, fridge freezer, kettle, toaster, cutlery and crockery down to a bottle opener.
Door to utility area with washing machine and dryer combined, ironing board and iron.
Bedroom One - Double bedroom with twin beds and large fitted wardrobe with drawers.
Bathroom One - Shower cubicle, wash basin, toilet and bidet.
First Floor
Bedroom Two - Spacious bedroom with twin beds, which can be zipped together to make a king-size if required. There is a large fitted wardrobe with drawers and an en-suite bathroom with bath/shower, wash-basin, toilet and bidet. Patio doors lead out onto large balcony, with sun loungers.
Hairdryers are provided in both bedrooms.
Second Floor
Has a secluded roof solarium with sun loungers and fantastic panoramic views of golf course and lake on one side and towards Murcia and her Mountains on the other, you can even see the sea in the distance.
Price includes all linen and towels (not beach/pool towels) As a guest you will have access to the golf and facilities on this and all other Polaris World Resorts, with courtesy buses running between them all. Please check Polaris World website for green fees, as they vary and have changing special offers.

BOOKING CONDITIONS:-
A non-refundable deposit of £100.00 is required to secure the booking, with the full balance becoming due 28 days prior to arrival. Within the UK, keys will be posted by Recorded Delivery 7-10 days prior to arrival. A security deposit of £150.00 is required, which is fully refundable upon return of keys and assuming the property is in an acceptable condition.
There will also be a cleaning service charge of £50.00. This ensures that the townhouse is clean, with freshly laundered linen upon your arrival and so you don't have to worry about washing sheets and towels or deep cleaning the kitchen and bathrooms before you leave.
EXTRAS AVAILABLE:-
MEET & GREET SERVICE - You will be welcomed at the townhouse, at an arranged time. You will be given the keys, along with instructions for use of the appliances and any other questions you may have will be answered - £15.00 between 08:00 & 21:00, £25 at all other times.
BASIC WELCOME PACK - To include, tea, coffee, sugar, milk, water, wine, bread, butter and jam - £10.00 per booking
FULL WELCOME PACK - To include the above plus orange juice, beer bacon, crisps, biscuits and cake - £20.00 per booking
HIGH CHAIR & COT HIRE - We can supply a high chair and cot, complete with bedding - £25.00 per week (or up to 7 days)
