VILLA VISTA

Is a bright and contemporary style three bedroom, two bathroom villa on the prestigious Polaris World Resort of El Valle. With it's private garden and swimming pool it is ideal for family and friends to enjoy and relaxing and/or active break. There are typical mountain views of the Sierra del Carrascoy mountains from our private rear garden. Furnished to the highest standard with full air conditioning and central heating for the winter months.

The perfect location for the serious golf enthusiast with some of the best golf in Spain, with a choice of four Jack Nicklaus Golf courses, all within easy reach. As a guest you will have access to them all with free courtesy buses running between them. Please check Polaris World website for green fees, as prices vary and they have changing special offers. Numerous other sports and leisure facilities are on offer, from tennis and football to spa’s and massage, plenty for all the family.

A stunning three bedroom, two bathroom detached villa, with vaulted ceilings giving so much extra light while keeping the inside extra cool. There are shutters at all the windows for a very traditional feel. Furnished to the highest standard with leather settee, comfortable beds and comprehensively equipped with everything you need to enjoy your stay.

The Living Area

The living area is large, bright and spacious, with a beautiful high-vaulted ceiling. This is furnished to a very high standard for up to six people, with leather sofas, chairs and cushions. There is a large flat screen TV, with English channels via satellite, and a DVD player.

A large dining table, seating six people provides ample space for the cooler days, when you might want to enjoy a meal inside, maybe Christmas dinner.

The Kitchen

The kitchen is fuly equipped for all your culinary needs, whether you are looking to prepare BBQ's, simple meals or something more exotic. All the equipment is of a very high standard (Bosch) including a full oven and hob, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, microwave and an American style fridge/freezer , providing ample space for food storage, as well as cold water/ice dispenser on demand.

The Bedrooms

All three bedrooms are tastefully furnished with the main bedroom having en-suite facilities. All bedrooms have comfortable twin beds, with the master having the facility to zip the mattresses together to make a super-king size. Built-in wardrobes and bedside cabinets provide ample storage for all your holiday needs. All bedrroms have air conditioning and central heating. The master bedroom has a vaulted ceiling and french doors opening onto garden and pool.

The Bathrooms

The en-suite bathroom to the master bedroom has twin wash basins, jacuzzi bath with shower, toilet and bidet.

The shower room has a large screened shower, wash basin, toilet and bidet. Hairdryers are provided in both bathrooms.

The Outside

The garden is fully equipped with dining furniture and six sun-loungers by the private pool. The patios, both open and covered, provide ample space to sit in or out of the sun. There is a built-in BBQ and two dining areas, offering a fantastic opportunity to enjoy 'alfresco' dining most of the year.

There is off-road parking space for three cars on the drive to the front of the villa.

The villa comes comprehensively equipped with fresh linen and towels, (not beach towels) crockery, cutlery and glassware.

El Valle Golf Resort is security gated with restricted access and is the most exclusive of all the Polaris World resorts with an 18 hole Jack Nicklaus signature course. Located in a beautiful desert valley, the course has been expertly designed to blend in with its surroundings with two lakes flowing into brooks that cascade through the course.

Polaris are in the process of building a beach club at La Manga for the exclusive use of residents and their guests.

In time there will be numerous on site facilities, including a Town centre with bars and restaurants overlooking a stylish piazza, a luxurious 5* hotel, tennis courts etc, all the services Polaris has become renowned for. But in the meantime, all these facilities are available five minutes up the road at La Torre, another Polaris World Resort, where you will have unlimited access.

La Torre has numerous on site facilities, a Town Centre with bars and restaurants, shops, swimming pools, tennis courts etc.

As a guest you will have unlimited access to the golf and facilities on this and all other Polaris World Resorts, with courtesy buses running between them all.

El Valle is in a superb location, nestled at the foot of the Carrascoy Mountains, only 10 kilometers from the city of Murcia and just a 20 minute drive from the beautiful beaches of the Mar Menor. With miles of sandy beaches the Mar Menor is an inland sea which means the water is usually 5 degrees warmer than the Mediterranean. There is no current or sharp drops, making it perfect for children, and as there is so much of it, it is never too busy. It is also very popular for water sports, jet skis, waterskiing, diving etc.

This area enjoys fantastic weather all year round, making it an excellent holiday destination at any time of the year. With over 310 days of sunshine a year, it has its own micro climate, benefitting from mild winters and warm summers.

There are many places of interest to visit in this area, including the historical city of Murcia. Explore the local towns with friendly bars and restaurants or take part in one of the many outdoor activities on offer. Horse riding, water sports, hiking and cycling, to name but a few.

Newly opened as part of the Terra Natura Wildlife Park, Murcia's first aquapark, Aqua Natura, is a short 20 minute drive away. The Wildlife Park covers an area of 13 hectares and is home to more than 300 animals.

Shopping

For those who like shopping there is a selection of malls to choose from:-

Dos Mares (20 mins) - A selection of small shops, bars and restaurants, cinema, bowling and Eroski supermarket.

Cartegena (30 mins) – Carrefour, Leroy Merlin, Toys 'R' Us , Media Mart, Garden Centre, Casa and more plus a huge indoor mall with various shops on two levels, you can easily spend the day there.

Nueva Condomina at Murcia (30 mins) a vast new shopping mall on two levels, next to Ikea.

Everyone should make the time to go into Murcia itself. It is a beautiful historic city with stunning architecture and a grand Cathedral. There are many squares to discover, with pavement cafes making it perfect for people watching. The main high street and a maze of side streets full of interesting shops.

Booking Conditions:-

A non-refundable deposit of £100.00 is required to secure the booking, with the full balance becoming due 28 days prior to arrival. Within the UK, keys will be posted by Recorded Delivery 7-10 days prior to arrival. A security deposit of £150.00 is required, which is fully refundable upon return of keys and assuming the property is in an acceptable condition.

There will also be a cleaning service charge of £80.00. This ensures that the villa is clean, with freshly laundered linen upon your arrival and so you don't have to worry about washing sheets and towels or deep cleaning the kitchen and bathrooms before you leave.

EXTRAS AVAILABLE:-

MEET & GREET SERVICE - You will be welcomed at the villa, at an arranged time. You will be given the keys, along with instructions for use of the appliances and any other questions you may have will be answered - £15.00 between 08:00 & 21:00, £25 at all other times.

BASIC WELCOME PACK - To include, tea, coffee, sugar, milk, water, wine, bread, butter and jam - £10.00 per booking

FULL WELCOME PACK - To include the above plus orange juice, beer bacon, crisps, biscuits and cake - £20.00 per booking

HIGH CHAIR & COT HIRE - We can supply a high chair and cot, complete with bedding - £25.00 per week (or up to 7 days)
