About Polaris World

Polaris World have created fantastic holiday destinations and luxury front line golf apartments and properties on seven different resorts in the Murcia region of Spain. The resorts are called Hacienda Riquelme, La Torre, Mar Menor, El Valle, Terrazas de la Torre, La Loma, Residencial La Goleta and Condado de Alhama.

All of the resorts have golf courses designed by the great Jack Nicklaus, and also have all the facilities and amenities you could need for a fantastic vacation including bars, restaurants, spas, tennis courts, swimming pools, cinemas etc.

Note that at this time (mid 2009) some of the Polaris World resorts are still being completed. Mar Menor and La Torre are fully complete and others, such as El Valle and Hacienda Riquelme, have some facilities open and available. However, if you rent a Polaris World property no matter what resort you are on you can also visit any other Polaris World resort and use the facilities there. There is even a shuttle bus service provided that you can use which travels constantly between the resorts to enable you to use the facilities on all of the resorts and not just the one you are staying on! Mar Menor Resort
Mar Menor Golf Resort is a 5 star holiday resort located just 10 minutes away from the airport and close to the sea in the region of Murcia. The area enjoys pleasant temperatures all year round, and there are daily flights from the UK. Mar Menor resort features a wide range of 5 star facilities which include Pino's Bar and El Olivo restaurant, alongside swimming pools, tennis courts and a gym. As well as the 9 hole golf course there is also a driving range and putting green. La Torre Resort
La Torre resort is also located close to miles of safe sandy beaches and the city of Murcia itself so again, is great for family and golfing holidays. It is a resort of palm trees, water features and lush plants with a true Mediterranean feel. La Torre Golf Resort offers three types of accommodation. Hacienda Riquelme Resort

El Valle Resort
El Valle Golf Resort consists of 369 luxury villas and 319 apartments completely surrounded by natural and beautiful countryside. The setting is breathtaking located in the valley of the Sierra del Carrascoy mountain range. Condado de Alhama
The New Condado de Alhama will be the largest resort in Murcia offering 19,200 homes that will accommodate 60,000 people in an area of 9 million sq. mts. meaning only Murcia city has more people in the region. The Condado de Alhama resort also includes 3 Jack Nicklaus designed Golf courses and a 65,000 m2 sports facility area. Residencial La Goleta
Residencial La Goleta is close to both the beach and adjacent to Mar Menor Golf Resort. Inspired by Mediterranean architecture and running the length of a leafy boulevard, this complex comprises 336 properties in eight 3-storey buildings. The spacious 2 or 3 bedrooms properties have terraces with excellent views of the golf course and the surrounding countryside.

La Loma Resort
La Loma Resort was designed by the renowned Mexican architect Jose de Iturbe. The properties are opened up to the light and nature due to the design, creating a modern and functional atmosphere with a certain air of peace and tranquility. The resort contains extensive sporting facilities including a golf course, 15 tennis courts and an Olympic swimming pool amongst others.

Terrazas De La Torre Resort
This huge development will encompass a lake, an 18 hole golf course, bars and pubs, restaurants and all the modern facilities of a town. All this coupled with the 10 minutes walk to the beach make Los Terrazas an attractive proposition to most.
